Visitation
Visiting Days for boarding pupils are on the second Saturday of every month. Parents are encouraged to visit their children on these designated days. Visitation on any other day is prohibited. Visitors are allowed to bring food and refreshments, but pupils are not allowed to keep cooked foods except snacks.
Uncooked food stuffs such as sugar, margarine and dry snacks can be kept by pupils in limited quantities to discourage thefts. Fruits are kept by the school matron who administers access to them by pupils. The matron is also the custodian of pupils’ pocket monies and administers and regulates access. In the event that a pupil’s pocket money has run out, the matron is allowed to appropriately inform the parents/guardians. All these regulations are meant to streamline our pupils’ school life experience and enable them to concentrate on their studies.
Visitors who wish to see our teachers can do so ONLY during the following periods:
BREAK TIME: 10:30 AM - 11:10 AM
LUNCH TIME: 12:45 PM - 01:40 PM
GAMES TIME: 03:10 PM - 03:50 PM
